Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of expertva.com (the “Website”), operated by Expert VA LLC (“Expert VA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

Services Overview

Expert VA provides strategically matched, expertly trained virtual professionals who act as an extension of a client’s team. Our process includes: Clarity Call → Precision Matching → Structured Onboarding → Continuous Optimization.

The Website is lead generation only. Services are governed by a separate written Service Agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the Website.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Grant access to systems only as required for service delivery.
Ensure proper authorization for any data shared.
Cooperate in good faith throughout the engagement.

Communications & Consent

Emails: By submitting your email address, you may receive emails and/or phone calls from Expert VA about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and customer support. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

SMS/Text Messaging Consent (Optional): If you choose to opt in by checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Expert VA about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and customer support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment Terms

The Website does not process payments.

For clients under a Service Agreement:

Payment method: Bank transfer
Service term: Annual subscription
Billing details: Governed by the Service Agreement

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation notice: 30 days
Refunds: None unless stated in writing or required by law

Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned by Expert VA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Confidentiality / Client Data

Client data is treated as confidential. Expert VA acts solely as a service provider/processor and uses client-provided data only to deliver agreed services.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not misuse the Website, interfere with security, submit false information, transmit malware, or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.

Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert VA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Expert VA against claims arising from misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law / Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the County of Laramie, State of Wyoming. Venue lies in Cheyenne, Wyoming, unless otherwise stated in a Service Agreement.
